How To Fix Bluetooth Problems in Windows 8.1

Bluetooth supports discovery and association of remote Bluetooth devices with your laptop or other device. Windows Operating system has kept changing and so are the settings and drivers. Some computers may need manual setting adjustments when automatic windows settings don't work.
If you have downloaded or updated the recommended computer manufacturer Bluetooth driver from their website or supported sites, and you still have a Bluetooth problem, Then follow these steps.
1. Log in as an Administrator in you laptop.

2. Press "Windows Logo" + "R" keys from the keyboard.

3. Type"services.msc" in the search bar and press "Enter" or select OK.

4. In the "Services" window, locate and double click on "Bluetooth support services".

5. In the "Bluetooth support services Properties" Window. locate and click  "Log On" Tab.

6. Select  "This account"

7. In the "This account" text box, type "NT AUTHORITY/localservice"

8. Set both "password" fields blank.

9. Select "Apply"  and then "OK" button.

10. Restart the Bluetooth service and check.
